GARAGE RENOVATION

My wife and I recently purchased our first home in Novato, CA. After 9 years living in San Francisco in a 1-bedroom apartment, I was excited to have a garage space to use as a workshop, home gym, and second entertainment space. After moving in, I got straight to work. I created 4 different room layouts on CAD before deciding on the layout. After that, a RCP and furniture layout followed suit.  5 weeks later the garage ended up being the nicest room in our house!
